What I Like Most ....... I Love The Way I Am

quite often I did (and do), choose to be positive. Not that it's easy changing the negative habits of a lifetime - it isn't. But the fact that I now believe that I can choose how I think and feel reall...y does make a difference to me and my attitude to life.

whether you laugh or smile, or you make someone else laugh or smile - is one of the best ways to make a positive difference to yourself and to others.
